Dealt with someone named Kevin, who says he was a manager. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked for who his manager he kept say "Why?". I told him I wanted to speak with them. He finally laughed and said "I dont know who my manager is". Ive never been treated with such disrespect in my professional life. Please stay away from these unprofessional and rude people.

Really fantastic service from the guys at Fundible. I worked closely with Brad and Frank, who were both transparent, helpful and experienced. They worked with me as a partner, rather than someone just trying to sell me a product. I run a business with limited credit history, so I really appreciated their help. They worked with me to find a good first solution for my situation.

I had an exceptional experience working with Gary Bitetto at Fundible.com, and I can confidently say he exceeded every expectation. From the very beginning, Gary was extremely professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. He reached out to me promptly through both text and email, keeping communication clear and consistent throughout the entire process. What truly sets Gary apart is how far he goes for his clients. He took the time to fully understand my business goals and worked diligently to secure the right loan and dollar amount that truly fit my needs for expanding my business—not just a generic solution. His follow-up skills are outstanding; he never left me wondering about next steps and always stayed one step ahead. Gary also personally called me to walk through the entire process, clearly explaining the fees, timelines, and expectations in a way that was easy to understand and completely transparent. He is incredibly attentive, patient, and a fantastic listener, making sure all my questions were answered and concerns addressed. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism, honesty, efficiency, and genuine care for their clients, but Gary does exactly that. If you’re looking for someone who will advocate for you, communicate clearly, and truly go above and beyond, Gary Bitetto is the person to work with. I highly recommend him and Fundible.com without hesitation.
