Was completely misled by the entire team. Nelson was the person I spoke with told me that I had no prepayment penalties. Come to find out that was a lie and apparently the prepayment addendum was never added to my account. Was stuck paying most triple what I borrowed. Never ever ever use this company again

They took all my business info for a small term loan then took all the loan away the next day last minute and just stopped calling and treated me terrible

Dealt with someone named Kevin, who says he was a manager. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked for who his manager he kept say "Why?". I told him I wanted to speak with them. He finally laughed and said "I dont know who my manager is". Ive never been treated with such disrespect in my professional life. Please stay away from these unprofessional and rude people.

Everyone's experience will vary. Mine was not good. We have a strong cash flowing business with a 5+ year history and great credit. Personal credit is 800+. Applied for the loan, and they gave our information, including highly sensitive info, to two "partner" banks without asking. If you work with Relay Financial as your bank (e.g. Thread / Evolve Bank), I'd recommend looking elsewhere as the agent says "they don't consider that a real bank" (which is wild!) One of the partner banks they gave our info to offered a predatory product with massive fees to us. Would recommend going elsewhere.

Mark and Jason were misleading about the terms of the loan product. The interest rate was 4.64 per month when I told Jason that is almost 50% per year he said “I don’t think you understand the math”. I would highly advise against using mark and Jason.

Want to pay 146% annualized interest? These guys got your back! You're really better off going to the betting track or casino. I can get better rates of interest from the local mobster. Beware when they want to talk to you on the phone btw, what I thought would be verification of financial data I submitted turned out to be a nasty upsell to amounts of principal 3x what I was asking at literally outrageous, nay, insulting rates of interest that should be illegal under usury laws. Awful, insulting experience end to end. And then denying I had contact with them, wow. Ok, liars too, besides con artists and basically payday loan goons...EW.
