The quality of the shirt, the fact it was just about perfect fit. I don't like to order on line because I like to try on first. But I would order this again.

I submitted my first order ever with this company a couple of weeks ago and when I received them, them sleeves were way too short........ HOWEVER, when I called the company and told the representative my issue, she was VERY nice, cordial and professional and took good care of me in initiating an immediate refund!!
