PrintDirect USReviews of printdirectus.com

I purchased my Bai Mirror machine back in February with zero experience. Let me tell you it was the best decision I have ever made. The machine is run, no issues at all. If I ever had an issue it was user caused ones. The techs are amazing at helping out. I hav even requested additional training and it’s included in my package.

Had a great experience purchasing my BAI The Mirror from PrintDirectUS. Michael was very helpful, answered all my questions, and made the process smooth from start to finish. Definitely appreciate the support and professionalism. I'd recommend PrintDirectUS in a heartbeat!

I could not recommend Print Direct US enough! From the first phone call to after delivery on my Bai Vision 2 Head, the customer service and timely responses have been amazing! Jason worked with me every step of the way to ensure a smooth process and continues to help with any questions I have. My Bai Vision 2 head runs like a dream and I cannot wait to add another machine to my studio in the future.

Print Direct was GREAT to deal with, Jason is a man of his word, he was persistent but not overly. Very knowledgeable and I believe gave us a great package deal!!Our Vison machine was sent to us with 7 days. Very honest team and so far have no issues, our set up begins today!! Can't wait for the F2F training they offer and looking forward to purchasing a second machine soon!

My overall purchase experience with PrintDirect was very good! I really appreciated their customer service and training. This company hit all the bases from fast delivery, packaging of my embroidery machine, follow up care, training, sales, and tech support. They have a really good team of people working for them that bends over backwards to help you, and to ensure that you meet with success. They are still checking up on me!

I am so thankful for the PrintDirect US team. They were with me every step of the way.
