I reached out to inquire about and cancel a subscription order that I had not been expecting. I’m expecting their response to take hours, and when they do respond they’ll probably be trying to resist the refund and cancelling my subscription, but it was just the opposite! Within a few minutes the Froya team reached out and said they were investigating and would reach out. And within another few minutes I received and an email confirming that they have cancelled my order. Their immediate response and assistance was the best customer service I’ve ever had and immediately made me feel relieved.

Really wonderful product and GREAT customer service. I enjoy the product immensely, it gives my skin a great glow and it definitely shaves years off of my face!! But what I am most impressed about is their timely and considerate customer service. I received a very quick response to my inquiry, and also a very kind and helpful resolution to my inquiry, not a "too bad" sort of response that I am accustomed to getting from companies these days. This company seems to really care about the happiness of their customers - and so I really highly recommend them in both their GREAT product and also how they treat the customers with respect, care and that little extra attention. My order has been continously delayed, without any communication. Unfortunately, I had to keep contacting the company to request an update. Response once contacted was quick and helpful but at times information provided misleading as given a dispatch date but then was told the product was delayed again (after contacting again for an update). Unfortunately, I did not get to use the product as I cancelled my order and requested a refund.
