Update: Yes my subscription was cancelled, thank you for that. Be warned you get locked in for 3 orders! Also do not order any specials as they cannot deliver! I made the mistake of ordering their subscription products and also a special - the subscription one arrived after a mis communication re order numbers being mixed up; BUT the special (more expensive parcel) not at all - ALSO customer service is a BOT - so no help there either. 3 months later - and I am still waiting on my "specials" to arrive. AS a result I've tried cancelling my subscription too - only to see that I am locked in for 3 deliveries (which I probably didn't see at the beginning of the sign-up) - SO DO NOT SIGN IN / SIGN UP - unless you really want the risk! It is a pity as their products that I did receive seem nice so far - not really the miracle wrinkle reducer though - so don't expect that - is just a good moisturiser

My skin loves this formula! Even though its thick on skin first but absorves very well quickly. Leaves my face moistured in the cold winter days too.

Good customer service and the night balm seems rich and nourishing but only been using a few weeks so too early to tell if it will erase any wrinkles!

Spray of my rosemary water was not working. I got in touch with customer service and even during holiday weekend, they resolved it really quick for me. Looove their productsc great customer service!

I have very sensitive skin and was hoping these products would work for me, and they do. They keep my skin super moisturized and plump looking with no reactions. I had an issue with my auto ship (my fault not theirs) and customer service fixed it right away with such a positive attitude. Really great company!
