I am only a week in and my skin looks radiant!💕

Radiant after just one week?? Nina, that's amazing! It only gets better from here. Enjoy the glow! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
My skin broke out pretty quickly. I kept using the product and wrote to them multiple times. No human got back to me. There is no phone number to speak with anyone, and email receives AI bot responses. Then I suddenly received a second round of product that was not working for me at $116. This is absurd. and you need to use the product for 60 days to get a refund. beware.

Hi Charna, I’m really sorry to hear about your experience, I completely understand how frustrating this must have been for you. Please know that our team is always available via email at [email protected], with real human agents working 24/7. We only use one small automated assistant to reply to simple questions while we sleep, so no one is ever left without support. I also checked your case and can confirm that your subscription was successfully canceled as you requested, and your last order canceled too, and your first order was refunded under our 60-day policy. Everything has been taken care of on our side Our 60-day guarantee exists so customers have enough time to see visible results, but of course, if a product causes irritation or discomfort, we never ask you to keep using it. Your wellbeing always comes first. Thank you for sharing your feedback. it truly helps us keep improving our care and communication. Erikah Customer Support Manager Frøya Organics
Your communications about the products, ordering, tracking delivery have been timely and informative. The kit I received with the 4 basic creams was lovely--great design with minimal packaging. Delivery was as stated. I have been using the creams for a week now and am amazed how little is needed to cover the face. While it has been only a week, I can see subtle changes in my skin which give me hope I have finally found a solution for wrinkles/dryness, etc. I will be excited to see what happens at the end of the month. Thank you for these great products. My goal is to look the best I can as I age and feel good about it.

And you're right, a little really does go a long way with our balms. The subtle changes you're seeing after just a week are a great sign. We think you're going to be really happy at the end of the month. Here's to aging gracefully and feeling great about it! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
Took money, the shipping link does not work, no one answers emails. A complete scam.
