I was amazed how fast it worked on the dark circles. Highly recommended. Hopefully, it will shrink bags.

Awful product, the smell of the creams made me heave! The next delivery i returned, after contacting their customer support, unused, in original packaging, as requested and STILL no refund. I cancelled my subscription too and yet I've received an email stating they are sending another package! Once again, I contacted their support and was told it was too late to stop it! This is a total scam. DO NOT BUY, THEIR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE IS BS!

The return label was sent on January 17, and returns can take some time to arrive back at our warehouse. As soon as the return is received and confirmed, the refund will be processed, no worries at all. I thought my order had not arrived but I found out it was at a neighbors house. My problem was solved very quickly even with the problem being on my end. I love the products and they help me because I am outside a lot (I have horses) in the cold. I feel it protects my skin and makes it look radiant. I am having an issue with the products I received and reached out to the company. So far, I am feeling good about my experience. My products smelled off to me, so Froya is sending me replacement products. I am very satisfied so far.
