I use multiple Froya products the joint and muscle balm is amazing. The complete system for mature woman. Love that too. I was very excited to try the new arctic botanicals body balm when I received the package the wrong item was sent. All it took was a quick email letting their customer service know what happened. Within I think 3-4 days I had the correct product and was told to keep the hand softening balm as a gift. Amazing Products Amazing Customer Seevice.

Ordered from website but did not receive Frøya products. Instead received a scam version. Bitterly disappointed as all links take me to the official website where I ordered, hence no indication of a scam upon purchase.

I cancelled my subscription (which was time consuming enough) only to be charged again and receive delivery again - can't seem to get through to anything but AI so still chasing a refund and guarantee of no further charges! - UPDATE Harold Customer Service Manager of Froya reached out and has resolved the issue. I would have preferred it not to have had to escalate to him, but I am glad to have received my refund and confirmation of cancellation.
