So glad to hear this! 😊 Personable and efficient is exactly what we're going for, thank you for the kind words. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
There is a website exactly like the real Froya Organics website which is selling counterfeit products. Please be wary when purchasing. Froya Organics customer service have been helpful in realising this and have been kind enough to offer discounts on their products due to the inconvenience. I have not yet tried their products so this review does not take that into consideration, only the customer service.

Hei Emily, This is the kind of situation that we could solve and clarify in 5 minutes with an order number. We'd truly appreciate the opportunity to learn more about your experience. If you're willing, please allow our Customer Support team to contact you directly so we can better understand your concerns and see how we can help. Rest assured that we are a human operation and the only thing where AI help us is with our chatbot on our website. The actual conversation happens internally when we are given the opportunity to make things right for our community, and we look forward to working with you to resolve this the best way possible. We are also available at [email protected]. Kind regards, Frøya Organics

Aw, thank you so much!! 🤗 That might be the nicest thing we've heard all week, really means a lot to us. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
Customer service is exceptional! They were so quick getting my order to me on a timely manner. I had provided them with my old address accidentally, and VN from Froya Costumer Service team dealt with understanding and patience with me. I’m already seeing my face glow after just two uses! Will be ordering more from them and also as gifts for my loved ones. Thank you, VN, for your incredible customer service.

Hearing your skin is already glowing after just two uses is amazing!! Thank you for trusting us with gifts for your loved ones too, that means the world. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
Super high quality products which soften my skin beautifully but don’t clog pores - it’s magic!

Hey Nora! 🔥 Soft skin without clogged pores really is the dream, so glad our products are delivering that for you. Thanks for the kind words! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
Sadly the products did not live up to their hype & I claimed on the guarantee. Subsequently another parcel was dispatched & I was charged over £63. Ale at customer service quickly dealt with the issue, I returned the package & he organised a full refund. Very customer focused & personable.

Hi Nicky, thank you for sharing this. I'm sorry the products didn't work out for you in the end, but I'm really glad our guarantee was there when you needed it and that Ale took care of everything so smoothly, from the return to getting your full refund sorted. That's exactly the kind of support we want to stand behind. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
