Varinea has been extremely helpful with a return I had to make due to my inability to carry the expenses at this time. While I love the product, I am on a strict budget as the elderly usually are. I was able to get a full refund and V set it up so I could purchase 2 of the products at different times and dates!! That was incredibly helpful and the return was super easy! I also like their quick response from the AI they have that alerted Varinea quickly to my problem. I really love the scrub and day balm. I don't even wear foundation anymore because of the beautiful glow the balm gives my skin! I almost want to move to the artic and grow those roses! Almost!🥰 Wendy Etheridge Highly recommend the product and company.

Hi Wendy, thank you so much for this!! Varinea is wonderful, and I'm really glad she and the team could work with your budget and split things up so it actually worked for you, that flexibility matters a lot to us. So happy the scrub and day balm gave you that glow, skipping foundation because of it is such a great sign! And no arctic roses needed, we're just happy to have you as part of the Frøya family. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Thank you, Karina!! So glad we could resolve your inquiry quickly and efficiently. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
Having really sensitive skin (even natural products can go wrong for me), I was dubious about trying the skincare products, but I am glad I did! I was fortunate enough to be gifted the complete system for mature women from my other half and when I eventually ran out, I placed an order for this and hair products. Unfortunately there was an issue with my order when it arrived, so I contacted customer support and ‘JK’ responded very quickly and couldn’t have been more helpful. My issue wasn’t just resolved quickly, my expectations were exceeded. I can’t recommend the products highly enough, but to also feel like a valued customer again, which is so rare these days, is really appreciated.

Hi Julie, thank you for such a lovely and detailed review!! I totally get being cautious with sensitive skin, even natural products can be unpredictable, so I'm really glad the complete system worked out for you. And so sorry there was an issue with your order, but really happy JK jumped on it and went above and beyond to exceed your expectations. Feeling like a valued customer shouldn't be rare, so we're going to keep working to make that the norm. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
Products are great, very simple and minimal steps for healthier skin! Was a bit too much for the hot humid summer months (feels like YEARS!) but will be great for the cold dry months. Great customer service! Will definitely recommend to others
