Froya balms for mature skin were beyond my expectations. A very small amount for each application goes a long way. Customer service was prompt, answering any concerns or questions I had.

My order was damaged during transit, causing an item to leak all over the contents of my order. I reached out to Froya and Jason helped me by quickly resolving this & getting a replacement sent immediately. He was super helpful! Very happy with the Froya customer service & the products are superb as well.

Customer Service was extremely helpful. I had an issue with placing my order and purchased more than I intended. I emailed customer service and received an immediate response. They were able to correct my order that same day.
