Thank you, Adriana!! Quick, professional and kind is exactly the vibe we go for. Really appreciate you taking the time to say so. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
I ran into an issue with my subscription and emailed Froya regarding it. The support team was prompt to respond and resolved the issue immediately. The process was painless and I didn't have to jump through hoops to make this happen, which is greatly appreciated! In addition to that, I really enjoy their product as it keeps my face nourished and hydrated.

Hey Amanda! Thank you for this!! Glad we kept you in the loop with clear updates the whole way through, that kind of communication matters just as much as the fix itself. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Hi Nidhi! I'll pass this along to Anjelika, she'll be glad her quick response made a difference on something that's usually tricky to catch after shipping. And so happy to hear you love the products too!! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
I have been using the Anti-Age & Instant Glow Day Balm and the Magic Wrinkle Eraser Night Balm every day and evening. The results are truly amazing and as promised. I have spent so much money on It Cosmetics, Origins, Juice Beauty, Farmacy... but none deliver like Freya, and EWG skin deep rates it a 1 for safety!!! Amazing! Stubborn fine lines that Botox couldn't fix are almost completely gone after only a month of use. I also applied it to a burn scar that was about 4"x 3". It is now 2"x1". I have been using scar creams and cocoa butter for 7 months and nothing has worked like Freya. I will be a lifetime user and highly recommend it. I was skeptical at first, but this is the real deal.

Wow, this is incredible!! 🔥 The fine lines fading and that burn scar shrinking from 4x3 to 2x1 after everything else you tried, that's such a huge win. It really means a lot that you were skeptical at first and still gave us a shot with the Day Balm and Night Balm. Thank you for trusting us as a lifetime user! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
