We will not use front signs again.

We will not use front signs again. 2 complete no shows to appointments or installation. Appointment for site visit was set 2 weeks in advance, nobody showed up. We rescheduled for the next day, person showed up 1.5 hours late. We set the date for the installation, Front signs emails after the start time to say there was an emergency and we need to reschedule. we reschedule for a week later, nobody showed up. We had an employee stick around after hours to get it installed. Will not recommend or ever use this company again. ***Added after frontsigns response. No, your company having good communication is not true. During the process, your company did not do everything to keep us informed. Both no show appointments, I called you and was met with complete surprise no-one came out. The appointment that was cancelled due to an emergency the day before was cancelled after the start of our appointment time. Even though we like the product you delivered, any company that can't at least call us or simply show up at all, we will not us again or recommend to others.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and please accept our sincere apologies for the delays and the frustration they caused. We know how disruptive rescheduling can be, especially for something as important as an installation, and we regret that your project didn't go as smoothly as it should have. Throughout the process, our team made every effort to keep you informed about the scheduling challenges as they arose. We also recognize that communication alone doesn't undo the inconvenience of last-minute changes, which is why we provided partial compensation toward your installation costs as a gesture of goodwill. It was important to us to acknowledge the impact this had on you in a tangible way. That said, we're genuinely disappointed that your overall experience fell short of the standard we hold ourselves to. Feedback like yours is invaluable because it highlights exactly where we need to focus. We are actively reviewing our scheduling procedures and strengthening our communication protocols to reduce the likelihood of last-minute changes for future customers. We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future. If there's anything further you'd like to discuss, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly.
