Changed the whole user interface - horrid design. They supposedly had thousands of people give great feedback saying they wanted the UI to look different it's unworkable in its current form oh - and also they've just raised the product by $5 to pay for the engineers who designed this software who have never used it themselves

Their latest update on desktop is useless! It updates itself without notifying you and doesn't let you to get back. Annoyinnnnng!

When I turn my phone sideways, it won't let me attack the enemy.You need to fix that problem.That problem is the reason for like many times i've died because of it it's annoying, it keeps on gonna be kiland then sometime. S when I try to get in a gang it just kicks me from the whole website fix your game

Utterly useless sales people who don’t know what they’re talking about and won’t give you a demo until you sign up for the entire year to a platform that you don’t know anything about. Half of the screenshots on their website aren’t real - the Platform hasn’t got the functionality they claim it to have.

When you dig in it doesn't do what it says it does, the AI generation is awful, connections don't compare to even the newer competitors. THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AFTER CANCELLATION.

A complete scam and misrepresented what they offer. Applied thru their website and they sent me an email offering a pittance amount. They advertise immediate approval and the email then states can take 24hrs for approval. I then get an email several days later stating they need more info and could not move forward. I decided to scratch attempting business with them at that point. A few days AFTER the last contact, I get a charge for 14.99 out of my account for doing business with them. Except, no business was completed. They aren't refunding me as I requested and am contacting several agencies to report their misleading and fake practices. They are purely predatory.

Does not work as advertised. Constantly losing connections which causes us to miss emails/ messages. Customer care representative having preferred pronouns in their email signature signals they are more focused on political posturing than making a functional product. They have not fixed any issues with the app, but keep pushing AI add one. It's expensive and doesn't work. Won't refund.

WE have been a Front customer for a number of years. This year we were forced to "upgrade" from our legacy plan which has resulted in our annual cost more than doubling and losing functionality. When raised with customer service we were told that the only way to get the functionality we already had back we would have to pay even more! Now we are trying to downgrade but as we downgraded 3 days after our subscription year ended we can't. Front.com is not worth the money and the service is disappointing at best.
