I have sent multiple emails after a filter canister exploded under my sink. I get no replies from CS, also had another canister leaking in the past. I would not buy any plastic products from this brand!

Hi Lonnie, We’re very concerned to hear about the filter canister issue you described, particularly since you mentioned experiencing a previous leak as well. We’d like to review both incidents and your earlier emails with our support team. Please provide your order number, product model and the email associated with your purchase through Trustpilot’s information request. Once we identify the case, our team can review what happened and determine the appropriate next step. Best regards, Frizzlife Customer Service Team
