I don’t know how to rate you your product seems like it’s wonderful and the price is excellent. However, the shipping being failed miserably! Your product is seriously banged up and I was wondering if it could be replaced. I do have pictures. I have not used the product yet. I wish somebody would contact me so I could let them know what happened and I know why the product was delayed because it obviously fell off the truck many times thank you.
