FreightProsReviews of freightpros.com

Great job getting my construction material picked-up and delivered to the job site, Will definitely use them in the future.

Great communication!

When I speak to Freight Pros for my shipping needs I refer to myself as "shipping for dummies" because that's how little I know. They make shipping easy and simple - from scheduling a shipment, figuring out what on earth is an NMFC code is, or advise on which freight line to use. Customer service is great, always friendly and always willing to help. 10 out of 10 recommend. Thank you Freight Pros!

I'm a proud grandfather of a beautiful 2 year old girl located in Oregon . I made a toddler bed for her this past Christmas and needed a way to ship it to her from North Carolina. I located Pro Freight online and found them to be so polite and helpful in all aspects of the process. The quote was more than fair and I'm so very thankful to Janeth, Gareth and David for the help they gave me. I will definitely use this service again going forward.

Great customer service! Been using for over 5 months and with the cost of shipping LTL they are spot on. Would highly recommend to try them out if you haven't.

Freight made it in required time. Service was great, had an issue with the billing but they took care of it right away for me. I will use them again.

The Best bookers in the biz...Love working Eric and his support team,

We have been working with FreightPros since 2020. I have a main contact person, Kory, and two extra supports, Andy and Jazz. I enjoy working with them. I have had no issues, their bedside manner is professional and kind, they are all great listeners and go to great lengths to help and exceed my needs. Their pricing is extremely competitive if not lower than our current brokers, Global Tranz and Coyote. Our shipments vary on pallet quantity and shipment dates and they always have us covered. They have a quick response time so you aren't waiting days. I would recommend this to any company looking for good rates with good service. Their portal is easy to use but if there is a problem, they will help. Documentation and updates are sent automatically and invoicing is quick. They are great LTL providers. **Added note after posting: We had an issue with one of the carriers and have been working with Audrey Cyr. Freight Pros was not at fault but Audrey worked extremely hard to find our load a carrier lost. She called twice a day with updates on her communications with the carriers. She was very responsive with calls and emails and escalated the issue. She is continuing to work with us as we go through the claims process. This is exactly why working with FreightPros is the best. Their people are wonderful and advocate for their customers. I cannot recommend them to enough people.
