The website was not working, had to call in, got great service, very cordial and very efficient customer service, love you guys. Should still work on the website.

Very easy to place the order. I called and left a message and someone returned my call within 24 hours. When I was unable to submit counseling paperwork, they came up with a work around. Very professional and customer focused.

Got what we wanted with very little fuss

The complete employee was great to work with. The only thing I would say is that the vest doesn't fit her well. It spins around her. If that makes sense. I think it needs another strap to hold in place. It may be a little big. But everything else was good. I've recommended others already.

Great experience. My only complaints is that I have been a member for years but the new ID card says member since 2017?

Due to complicated work schedules it was hard to get in contact with the therapist we were playing phone tag. When we finally did speak it was smooth; she made me feel comfortable and safe sharing my story.
