I thought the price's was to high for what you get. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

You misspelled my last name on all of my dog docs, it is Harmon, not Harnon. Funny though, how you managed to get it right now that you are asking for my opinion through this survey. Seriously, I want a do-over! But I am using the kit as is because I have to. Can you fix this?

I happily signed up with this organization because it seemed quick, convenient, and I thought it might avoid conflict when attempting to have my emotional service animal with me in public places. Well...I got the gear alright...but when I went to check on the registration record, I could not find it. The website function to search was down and I contacted Free My Paws. They sent me email instructions to do exactly what I described in my complaint. The search function on the site still does not function...The website still does not identify my dog as registered. HOW IS THIS HELPING ANYTHING? POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Product doesn't fit. Poor quality

The vest has very sharp edges where the seems come together by the straps. This horrible stitching job is cheap and Irritates dogs skin. Had to put heavy tape over all the edges. Quality is to rough and scratchy and stiff. For the price you pay the quality should be better. Softer material and seamless soft stitching. The metal tag is ok.... Again cheaply made and all the edges are rough. The company could at least file the edges! Will not recommend and will not purchase from this site again.

Not impressed with the package for the price I think it's way overpriced for what you get and then there is a charge for new ID cards should be free

weight of my dog was in lbs on his cards, canada is a metric country... ID is now good for nothing. kilos are over double lbs in weight

Dear Sir So sorry you had this issue. We are an American site and do show that weight should be captured in pounds. As a courtesy however, we will send you a replacement card. Best Free My Paws.
Easy to understand, follow information on well done website. Very user friendly and appreciate having been contacted, to be sure size ordered was accurate. Surprised it is taking so long to receive my order.
