Response from Freemote Reviews· Oct 13, 2026
Hi Terry, thanks for reaching out! :-) Sorry you've had trouble logging in and getting support. We stopped promoting Freemote back in 2024 and have since phased out the program. However, we continue to honor our promise of access to the course materials. We've already migrated many accounts to the new platform and are happy to help you get access as well. I'm also still personally supporting former members with questions, even years after they joined. Please contact us at [email protected], and I'll help you get access to the new platform ASAP. Cheers, Jan

Paid But No Access or Response
I recently paid to enroll in the Freemote bootcamp and received only a payment receipt. Since then, I’ve reached out to the support team, but it has been over two days with no response. As a first-time user, this is really disappointing. I expected at least access details or guidance on what to do next. I hope this review reaches someone on the team who can help resolve this quickly.
