My TV frame arrived quickly and was in perfect shape. It took 10 minutes to install, including the time it took to open the package it arrived in. The frame really dresses up my tv to look like a painting on my fireplace. I’m so happy with my purchase. It was the perfect addition to my living room and each time a friend comes over, they compliment it.

Girl was (I think it was Danielle) very nice & polite. Called me back, shortly after leaving a message( I had my doubts leaving a message,.. Seemed like an answering service,..) But moments later, I had a missed call, & voicemail waiting for me,. She must have brought her cape in, because she rescued me !!

I originally received the wrong frame. However, once I was able to contact the customer service and sales department they were able to quickly resolve the issue within 2 days and shipped out the correct frame for my order with a return slip for the other frame. Both frames were beautifully made and I am happy with my original frame choice, Samsung "The Frame" Antique Black 43''
