The worst place ever. I bought a fragrance by mistake. I contact the company and they asked if it still sealed.. yes, never, even, yet to open it. One and a half month and I still waiting. Never gonna buy from this place anymore. Better go back to my usual places... disgusting cus is a very expensive fragrance

I purchased a perfume and I never received it. I filed a dispute with the card holder and they are giving me the runaround. I wouldn’t trust this company. I have the receipt I purchased two perfumes in the same order and for reasons I don’t understand they separated the charges on the same receipt. They sent one and not the other which maybe was the plan to begin with to be dishonest that is the only reason to separate a purchase that was done at the same time and on the same receipt. Order number FV-17562

Be aware of this SCAM company!! I placed my order over a month ago and never received it. After several follow ups with the company they stopped responding.

I ordered from this company, please WATCH out! I ordered a small two bottle set. One came in broken in a million little pieces. So badly broken I cut my thumb trying to get it out of the cheap envelope they sent it in. I could not be more disappointed. In fairness I reached out to the company, with photos and requests only a partial refund. They wouldn't help me at ALL! Just said no and denied me.... All three times I reached out.
