Hi bought 6 bottles of perfume/aftershave, May 2026, costing $244.00 , happy with all so far, then Elizabeth Arden RED DOOR spray nozzle just stopped spraying so left with over half a bottle of the perfume I cannot use, contacted FRAGRANCE X CUSTOMER SERVICES AND THEY JUST SAID SORRY BUT YOU HAVE GONE OVER THE 30 DAY RETURNS, IM SORRY WHAT , HOW MANY PEOPLE USE PERFUMES/AFTERSHAVES WITHIN 30 DAYS ANYWAY ? BUT ITS NOT ABOUT THAT, ITS ABOUT FAULTY FAULTY FAULTY PRODUCTS THATYOUR COMPANY FRAGRANCE X IS SELLING AND THEN NOT BEING RESPONSIBLE , YOUR SPRAY NOZZLE HAS STOPPED WORKING DERRRRRRRRRRRR IS THIS MY FAULT OR IS THIS YOUR FAULT, MMMMMMMMM LET ME THINK A WHILE, I HAVE BOUGHT FROM YOUR COMPANY FOR YRS, DO YOU WANT TO KEEP LOYAL CUSTOMERS OR ARE WE TOO MUCH TROUBLE WHEN ANYTHING GOES PAST THE 30 DAY, I WOULD LOVE JUST ONE OF YOU TO GO TO YOUR LINE MANAGERS AND SAY THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE CLEARLY A FAULTY SPARY NOZZLE IS NOT HER FAULT SHES NOT THE ONLY COMPLAINT RE THIS IT IS OUR COMPANIES FAULT .........................NO I WOULDN'T THINK ONE OF YOU WOULD HAVE THE ................................................. I just love this cologne and I do kinda wish it was a little more cheaper!
