Hello and thank you. Cullen we are always striving for perfection and wanting our customers to be very happy with their experience with Fragrances N More. Your order was placed on the 7th of June and we are still in month of June so it has not been over a month ago my friend. All we ask is that if you right a review for us, please have enough good character to be truthful about it. Your order has been cancelled on Facebook because it is Out of Stock. Thank you for your business!
So I placed a order on 5/12/2020 on 5/23/2020 I called to verify my order because I haven't received it yet. I sent a message through gmail and Facebook messager with no response. When I finally heard from you I was told that something had happened and it wasn't sent. I asked when it would be sent out I was told this week. I said this week and he just said yes this week. I liked your prices but as a first time buyer I am a little disappointed in your service

Minyell, we advised you that this product might be back in stock in a few days. When you purchased your order it was in stock but the stock was low obviously. We do apologize for your experience and hope that we can change your mind in the future. You will receive your refund soon. Thanks
Hello again, My name is Lindsay and I left a review back on 3/14 about how Fragrances & More's bank denied my refund for a product that I ordered that was sold out and never shipped to me. And I got a reply on 3/15 from someone named De Haven saying that my refund would be back in my account within 2-5 business days. It has now been 7 business days and still no refund. A couple of days ago I received another email saying that my refund was denied by their bank again. This is absolutely ridiculous and I have never in my life had an experience like this with getting a refund from a company online. And this refund is for almost $100, which I need--I'm trying to support my family and purchase items that we need while staying home and out of work during this corona outbreak. I feel like I'm being led on by your company and that you all have zero intention of refunding my money. I am very angry about this, please refund me what I am owed.
