hello Nathaniel, we do apologize that we had to cancel your order and refund it. The data was not updated properly so things can happen. We advised you of the situation but you chose to tell a lie and say that we advised you that the product was in stock when we advised you that we are going to cancel your order because it is not in stock as we thought. You also called us 10-15 hours after placing your order asking why has not your order been shipped and it is going on 24 hours etc. You also called the very next day asking the same thing. We were glad to cancel your order and be rid of you because you are extremely aggressive, obnoxious and overbearing and we will post this here for all to see and also hope we are rid of you for good. You should have already received a refund notification. We have several happy customers and plan to keep it that way. thanks

hello we do apologize for your experience with your order but we needed to verify that we have the correct info from you to create a smoother flow with shipping. Some customers will leave a PO# ***** in the comments section and it is a Post Office Box number etc. When we talked to you by phone you were yelling and over talking when we were trying to just verify the information which is not a professional way of communication. So now that we have the correct info, we will ship it accordingly and know that you will be pleased with your order. The next time that you do business with someone you might want to include in detail to please include the "Purchase Order Number " whatever that might be for better clarification. Your tracking number is 073210684520923 and can be tracked at www.fedex.com . Thank you for your business

Hello Jesus, your order on Facebook is still pending and will be shipped soon. Anytime that you place an order on Facebook, the processing time is a little longer than when you place the order on our website directly. Thank you for your business!

Minyell, we advised you that this product might be back in stock in a few days. When you purchased your order it was in stock but the stock was low obviously. We do apologize for your experience and hope that we can change your mind in the future. You will receive your refund soon. Thanks
