I order same day delivery. It was expected to be delivered on a Saturday morning, and I received a email. Stating they were unable to deliver this day that would deliver on Monday. Unacceptable, I call customer service and she wanted to give me 30 percent of my refund. The reviews are VERY 100 percent true. DO NOT order flowers from this company

Ordered flowers for funeral, was supposed to have 5 different flowers and greens. Came with only roses and half were spray painted blue and a few yellow sprigs! Very tacky! Do not use this web company

I ordered flowers for my cousin while she is in the hospital. I picked out what I wanted and when my cousin got them she sent a picture and a thank you. They weren't the same flowers I chose, not the same balloon and not the same vase. They claim they are comparable. Doesn't seem right to me. Not one thing was the same. Don't bother ordering from them.

Horrible experience, stay clear, placed the order first thing in the morning, paid extra for same day delivery called and asked the status and was told that they were out for delivery then got an update that they were being delivered tomorrow

Disappointing service.requested delivery on Sunday for a birthday, no communication, and now estimated delivery is Tuesday. Should have read the reviews; now I’m worried about quality. Never again

If I could leave less than one star I would. Worst company ever. Son ordered flowers on a Friday to be delivered the next day no later than Sunday for Mother’s Day. By Wednesday, the flowers never arrived, despite numerous promises to deliver. After complaining about the non-Delivery this company offered to refund 20%, then 30% of the purchase price which was close to $100. Their Customer Service is terrible after five days of waiting for the flowers to arrive. They offered another day to wait for flowers that were never coming. Do not order from this company. Liars and scammers..

We ordered a native flower bouquet for a significant birthday. The website says “ we may need to substitute a flower or gift item due to seasonal availability. We promise to always use a similar item of equal or greater value that maintains the overall aesthetic and feeling of your chosen design” What was sent had no resemblance to the native flower bouquet. Also, the flowers arrived 4 days late. Useless as a birthday gift. The recipient also reported that they were in poor condition. Complaints to customer service was eventually answered after one week and we were offered $20 credit towards a further purchase. But we will not spend any further money with this company. Avoid them.
