Fort Knox Home Security & AlarmReviews of fortknoxhomesecurity.com

Extremely Impressed with their service! Since the initial call to simply inquire their services they have been top notch! Once we made the decision to go with them they installed immediately and gave us a great tutorial on our new system! High recommend them for any Pastors looking into securing your facilities and church.

We secured our church building here in Grand Prairie Texas using Fort Knox Home Security & alarm. After speaking to Drew, we knew we had to go with Fort Knox. They came and set us up immediately and professionally! The Tech Joe explained our new system and answered all my questions! We are so happy with our new system and the mobile app that is included!

Great professional service and education on CCTV functions. Still giving free assistance on CCTV questions. Very reasonable price on a great system. Would highly recommend.

The technician was very knowledgeable about how to install an train me on how the system works. Sean is a great asset to the team!!!

The installation technician was very knowledgeable and helpful with setup and explaining how to use the equipment. As hot as it is (°98), probably °110 in the attic. He worked nonstop for about 5 hours !! I kept telling him that he could take a break in the house with AC, but he declined because he wanted to finish! When he finally finished he then sat with myself and my wife and walked us through on how to use the system. Sean (The technician), I feel went above and beyond to assure that we were able to use the monitored alarm system! Thank you Sean !!

Sean was amazing! He was honest, professional, quick, and very knowledgeable. He also was very courteous and not only walked in with a mask, but wore it the entire time. We cannot tell you how many times companies have sent people who are not wearing masks to our house. To me, this only solidified how respectful he was. They squeezed us in and were able to see us same day, which I know is rare. We are so thankful and would highly recommend these guys to anyone who asks.

Joe was an excellent installer. He was on time, quick, thorough, and patient with me while I learned how to use the alarm system. He was friendly and helpful!

Alex for account set up was awesome and Matt for the actual installation and activation was outstanding! Very professional, very nice, and very knowledgeable.
