Excellent customer service!

I called this evening. I got a recording I was thinking ah I missed the window they are closed for today. I left my name and number. I was surprised to get a call back about 20 minutes later. The representative name is Jean. She very kind. I was just checking on my order and having some issues login into my account. She told me my order would be here tomorrow and help me get log back in. Didn’t take long.

The representative, her name was Bela, was outstanding! Very professional and friendly

The meal box was delayed 2 times, but Jean was really helpful in solving my issue as a new customer.

I needed to change my subscription from 8 meals a week to 6, and to have the upcoming order skipped. Jean was friendly, kind and quickly helped with the changes I had requested. The food delivered by Forkful is always packaged frozen and very insulated. The meals are so delicious!
