Besides my meal choices being tasty, I am quite pleased with Forkful's personalized customer service. I spoke with Mia, who was helpful and friendly. I needed to redo my ordering schedule and Mia took care of it for me. It's nice to speak to someone knowledgeable and eager to help.

My first box was not delivered but Tania was very kind and courteous while we reviewed my situation and she got me set up for a free replacement box and a credit
