The gal I talked to was very friendly & helpful, but I didn’t give 5 stars because I’m still not clear what happened that made my order arrive so late & what will change so that it will not happen again. She said I was credited my costs but I can’t tell that yet on the app or my credit card. Kerenda

Lenny was awesome... Made sure I was taken care of and that the error in delivery would be remedied. She is a top tier employee!

What a special young person Mia...hope you appreciate her, because i was upset and not wanting to continue with meals if this level of service should continue. She listened and made me feel valued and that she will take care, even on her day off, that I am treated better with this second delivery. Give that unique Lady a raise...she deserves it after dealing with unhappy customers. We will see when my meals arrive this next delivery...hopefully not at midnight two days late again !

I got a call from a human named Mia Marano and it was nice to talk to a person instead of a robot. She identified my concerns from my email and told me the solution that she had come up with to resolve this issue I was having. It was perfectly acceptable and appreciated that I didn't have to ASK for Forkful to do the right thing, they just did it. And, Mia couldn't have been sweeter and any better at delivering the news and making sure I was satisfied. Thanks Mia and Forkful for making this right!
