Resolved the issue quickly

Ryan was very helpful and was able to resolve my request within a few minutes!

Bela was extremely helpful in finding my account. I gave her the wrong email address and she was still able to locate my account. She was very patient with me even though I accidentally used the wrong email. Excellent customer service. I was asking about an order and whether it was still being delivered today. She resolved the issue and answered my questions.

Jude was very helpful! I had 2 very poor experiences with my first 2 deliveries and Jude helped turn things around. He only spoke to me once and felt my disappointment and frustration. I’m very grateful for someone like Jude who handles customer care with passion and empathy. He not once questioned me, pointed fingers, etc. He understood my pain point and did not want to lose my wife & I as customers.

Had to cancel upcoming orders and (hopefully) the cancellation went through.

I called in this morning to get a tracking number for my shipment this is going to be my first shipment to my home. Unfortunately no one answered the phone but I left my name and number and a return phone call was placed to me within about an hour or two I asked for a tracking number for my package which Rachelle gladly obliged and sent me The information with the shipper and the tracking so that I could track my package Good experience so far I can't comment on the quality of food or how they food is packed but so far customer service has answered every question that I needed.

Food arrived on time… and it was delicious 😋
