I ordered and the bill was $20.06. I was charged $65.93 instead. Sent 2 emails to cancel the order- no reply They continue to send email that my order is on its way ,taken the payment despite me cancelling my order

The product was sent in a generic package. I refuse to use it on my scalp. Customer service is non-existent. I ordered once and they have been charging me for a subscription but not sending any product. When I contacted my bank, they provided me with a phone number which no one answers. It will ring for a few times and then there is a busy signal. Save yourself the trouble!

FOLADROP IS A SCAM. I ordered the hair growth ampoule, copper serum, and massage brush. Instead of the Foladrop ampoule, I got some off-brand "scalpy hair serum" from China. It is not the same product, not the same ingredients. I sent an email to customer service and they lied and said it was their new packaging. I showed them the ingredients from the website and the ingredients from the "scalpy" serum they sent me to show them the difference, and they re-sent the same email in response. DO NOT BUY FROM FOLADROP. They are scamming black women.

Its All A scam i order this product cancel within 15 minutes they claim the product was already shipped they can not cancel. the product is not the same its total different. Do not waste you money on this fall advertisement. They are using fake photo to sell there product.. DONT DO IT.

I did want to try product. It took a very long time to receive it. Then I began getting a monthly subscription charge which I did not sign up for!! Because the company started a prescription service without me knowing, I do not trust the product either. and will never use it. I want the prescription canceled!!

Do not fall for this is a Scam. For one purchase, they sign you for a monthly subscription that is hard to cancel. I was changed 3 times for a product I didn’t know I was purchasing. I never received the second and third orders I involuntarily made. When claiming they refused to return my money. They have explicit violation of consumers laws. Please don’t fall for it.

*DO NOT BUY*They deserve a 0. All of these reviews are echoing my experience. I am so upset that they signed me up for a subscription that I did not sign up for. They also took forever to send the product from the first and only order I ever placed. I checked my account after leaving work today and those bastards charged my card and placed another order for their fake hair gel that comes in a blue box with Chinese writing. I tried to call the number on the website which is a “DC” number and of course it did not work. I will be contacting the BBB on their asses for sure.
