I cancelled the monthly auto-ship back in September of 2025 - which mind you I did not authorize or sign up for in the first place. Today, four months later - February 2026 - they turned the auto-ship back on charged my debit $29.96. They are not responding to my emails... I called my bank - US Bank - and they said they can reverse the charge and block them from doing this again. I also believe the product is fake - no active ingredient in it! Definitely stay away from this company...

Don’t waste your money -Scam
IF THERE WAS A RATING BELOW ZERO IT WILL BE THIS PRODUCT AND COMPANY
Even after cancelling the subscription I did not make they kept charging me. Then I complained about the fake product which actually worsened my hair.
They cancelled the subscription only to start charging me few months later again and reused to refund my money on a useless product

I almost didn’t order from this company because I saw a few negative reviews and got nervous. So glad I didn’t let that stop me. I think some people just expect overnight miracles and give up after two weeks when they don’t see dramatic results. Hair growth takes time and consistency. Anyone who has dealt with real hair loss knows that.
I’ve been using the Foladrop ampoule serum and Batana oil for about four months now. My edges have been getting worse in recent years from menopause, so I have been on the lookout for solutions.
The product arrived in 5 days, was packaged nicely. Serum absorbs and cools my scalp then the batana oil is thick/earthy which I love.
Around week 4 I started seeing baby hairs, and by month two my niece noticed my edges filing in without me mentioning it. Now at 4 months+ my hairline looks better than it did 1 year ago! ❤️

With what I read on trust pilot and my ongoing personal experience with foladrop I don't think they trustworthy they are scam and fraud company that hid under a brand name to dupe customers. They will send different product of what you buy to your address. They claimed that they're in United States of America but their tracking number for post and product is from China. Something is hidden about this Foladrop. Run,run, run,🏃♂️ 🏃♂️ 🏃♀️ away from Foladrop

Scam Alert! RUN!!
I ordered one product and was then entered into a subscription without warning. I asked for a refund/cancellation and was told it was being escalated to management. I went to the website and found that the don't do cancellations from Black Friday through New Years. In addition, I have two charges on Thanksgiving for 29.99 and 50.99. I will cancel my card tomorrow so they stop charging me for something I don't want. This should be against the law.

do not order anything from this…
do not order anything from this company. You order one time and they automatically sign you up for subscriptions and try to take money out of your account. and they have some fake person named Tonya, who tells you all these ball face lies.

A Big Let Down!
I recently placed an order with FOLADROP for their Hair Growth Ampoule Serum (2-pack) and their Raw Honduran Botanical Oil, and sadly the entire experience has been incredibly disappointing.
When my parcel arrived, I immediately realised something was off. Instead of the Hair Growth Ampoule Serum I paid for, I received a completely different product called “SCALPY Hair Serum.” Different name, different packaging, different everything. It looked nothing like what was advertised on their website, and it instantly raised concerns about what I’d actually been sent.
Then there was the issue with the Raw Honduran Botanical Oil. I’ve used genuine Batana oil before: it’s firm, earthy, and has that rich coffee-woody aroma. What I received was a small tub of whipped, sweet-smelling product that resembled a chocolate dessert more than a plant oil. It was completely unrecognisable.
When I contacted the company, the response I got felt generic and dismissive, giving blanket explanations about “temperature changes” and “batch variations.” Having used real Batana oil, I know what it’s supposed to be, and this wasn’t it.
What makes this even more disappointing is the deeper issue:
It is genuinely hard to find high quality products for Black hair. So many brands pack their products with harsh ingredients that damage or dry out afro textured hair. FOLADROP positioned itself as a company that understands and supports those of us looking for safe, natural options so receiving products that looked and felt inferior was a real blow. It felt like a betrayal of trust, especially when the community relies on brands who claim to cater for our specific needs.
Overall, the experience felt misleading, unprofessional, and not aligned with what they claimed to stand for. If a company cannot supply what it advertises, or chooses to substitute products without warning, then they shouldn’t be selling them at all!
Very disappointing, and I would not purchase from FOLADROP again.
