Purchasing process was smooth, but unfortunately I was sent a defective projector. Not necessarily the fault of Focused Technology, but was disappointing. I was happy with how the problem was resolved quickly and communication was coordinated with the manufacturer. Thank you

Ordered an Optoma projector and it arrived within a few days, unfortunately I had an issue with the projector but after contacting them it was handled immediately an I received a new replacement within the next week. Highly recommended and I won't hesitate to order from them again.
