Thank you for taking the time to give us a review!
Providers were late for both appointments. especially the in person one. The office called me to see if i wanted to come in a week early for my in person appointment on pretty short notice. I agree and show up to the appointment where I was made to wait for an hour with it running 45 minutes over the time designated. Provider said that he was doing a zoom appointment and that’s why I had to wait, extremely unprofessional. Why would you schedule our appointments at the same time.
