Mike Wilson served as my agent in booking my flight to Sofia, Bulgaria. I had given him my departure from Minneapolis and told him that I had to drive from La Crosse to Minneapolis because I wanted a cheaper flight. Not only he found me a cheaper flight but it was directly from La Crosse, saving me the driving time and so much more money, if I had to buy it online by myself. Mike was very detailed about what I wanted and very meticulously found the best option for me for a great price. He followed up with me and kept checking to make sure I had received the itinerary which took longer, but he was in touch with me all the time. Mike did the extra step to keep me informed and to rest me assured that I would get the quoted price, which I did. He is very prompt and responsive I will use his services again and would confidently recommend him to my friends and family.
