Overall they were pretty good, but they should be more clear about what exactly ticket insurance covers.

In a short period, I got a great deal on my first-class flight.

Very helpful and friendly and got me a great deal on my flight. I would have given 5 stars but there were a couple of communication issues.

The booking agent Dylan Parker was good and he listened and work with me to get the suitable Flight for my journey. I haven't use the ticket yet but I hope it's all good and will be great flight without no hiccups.
