Roxy worked 3 days with me to get my ticket to Athens. Being disabled and 70 years old, my requirements were quite specific. Roxy exceeded my expectations, responded quickly to all of my many questions, and worked professionally and considerately with me. I recommend her to anyone looking for excellent service and cooperation.

Wanna thank Bruce for amazing treat and service! He was acting very patient and professional during all operations with tickets. I’ve never used before this service provider, and, to be honest, first thought it was a fake and made very fast wrong conclusions by letting him know that I don’t trust etc. Bruce was so polite and had very much patience to keep me posted till the end that everything is real and will be fine, so I’ll get my ticket etc. And I did and I was feeling awkward afterwards but he understood and helped me again later with ticket back.
