Scam. Theybissue tickets numbers that belong to other people. When I called the airline direct they informed me the ticket numbers dont match the names. They are not legit. Save the hassle.

Apparently, this company keeps acquiring and changing its name. It was cruiseroyals, cheapofly and now this. I have been dealing with them for over 90 days, trying to get my money back because they never put it on my Royal Caribbean bill. And every 2-3 days, another agent says, they'll take care of it, and they don't. I just got off the phone, yet again, they said I will get an email showing the refund. They are a scam! Please do not give your business to them.

The guy Brock Smith rocked today with my problems. He solved everything in just few minutes. Before that, I spent half of my day on it. Kudos to Brock The best person I have ever talked to in airlines. So co-operative and smart. Thanks Brock
