Amazing Global Travel: Personalized Professional Services That Go Above Expectations and Are Affordable 1. Response via Text, Calls and Video Calls From the first time I contacted Ahmed until the end of our interaction, he never failed to respond to my prompts via text messages, phone calls, or video calls. His timely response has been important to me because it made me less anxious and simplified the planning process for our dream trip. Before settling on Ahmed, I had contacted five other agents but none responded to my questions as fast and accurately as he did. The agent's reliable communication was significant because we were traveling to a war-prone region; hence, we needed timely information to ensure our safety and well-being. 2. Keeping Promises I informed Ahmed that I planned to surprise my husband during the trip to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Therefore, he made the moments special by delivering thoughtful treats that made the trip memorable. Ahmed and his team decorated our rooms in every hotel we stayed in Egypt. In addition, before we went for a hot air balloon ride, Ahmed's team showed up with a 7 x 5 feet tall post that had our pictures and a cake to celebrate our anniversary. Also, Ahmed showed up in our van one morning and pleasantly surprised us. He had decorated the vehicle magnificently with roses, an action that made us feel appreciated. In essence, he delivered his promise of making the trip extra special for us. 3. Affordable 5-Star Services and a Personalized Trip Ahmed is a reliable agent who takes his time communicating with clients and creating an itinerary that aligns with their needs. Anyone seeking his services will not be disappointed because the agent is easy to work with, approachable, and ready to constantly adjust until all their client's needs are fully met. He listens patiently to learn what a client wants, responds to all inquiries and concerns, and addresses them satisfactorily. 4. Providing Real Lifetime during the Personalized Trip Based on my encounter with five different Egypt travel agents, I can confidently say that Amazing Global Travel is the only agency that gives clients and their families an excellent, personalized trip. 5. A Memorable Experience that will last for a Lifetime My husband and I have been to 26 countries, from African safaris to Asia, with a cruise. However, compared to the other experiences, Amazing Global Travel's services are outstanding because they gave us a private, affordable lifetime experience. 6. Professional Services Ahmed and his team are outstanding professionals who provide timely services to clients. We engaged in constructive interactions with them during our sixteen-day Egypt tour. From Alexandria city to the Abu Simbel Temples. On the other hand, Sameh Magdy, our able driver, drove us from one point to another throughout our stay. Consequently, Mohammed Saad, our tour guide, ensured that we visited all interesting sites in the country. He had an in-depth knowledge of the region and marveled us with amazing stories about the country and its heritage. Mohammed Saad communicated clearly and had an admirable personality that made him easy to interact with. In addition, he showed high levels of flexibility and eagerly adjusted his schedule to align with our trip itinerary. He was also culturally sensitive and had an excellent sense of humor. 7. Driving Techniques Sameh showcased his outstanding driving skills as he navigated tactfully through the traffic. He started and stopped the van smoothly and controlled it effectively on different roads. The driver paid notable attention to small details and exhibited high levels of professionalism by always ensuring that we had an adequate supply of ice water and that the van was always clean. 8. A Top-Notch Team Which Gives Value for Money Amazing Global Travel is a dependable travel agency that provided excellent services during our sixteen-day tour of Egypt, including a four-day River Nile cruise. Therefore, I confidently recommend the agency to those planning to travel to Egypt and its environs.

My travel guide Hoda made the first leg of my trip toCairo and unforgettable experience. Hoda is a walking book of Egyptian history. She is kind and compassionate. When booking with Amazing Global Travel request Hoda as your guide. I’m positive Mr Ahmed Nagy will place Hoda in charge of your tour.

The 11 Day tour was 5 Star the whole time. Great People, and very comfortable.

This was truly the most incredible travel experience I have ever had, from the moment I landed in Egypt I felt so safe and taken care of. The standard of the hospitality, hotel and boat were absolutely exquisite and exceeded all my expectations. The level of care and attention to detail was truly exceptional, the food was delicious and I felt comfortable asking for whatever I needed, our hosts seemed so happy to give us the best experience of our lives, I hope to be back soon :)

Going through Egypt and the ancient sites had been one of my top 3 biggest dreams since 2015. When I found out about Amazing Global Travel, I knew I had to book it and go with them. The 6 nights on the Nile + the extra trip to Denderah + Abydos and then to Cairo have exceeded anything I could've ever wished for! This has been the most magical, healing trip I've ever been on! The food was incredible (I eat vegan and others who ate meat said the same thing), the service was truly luxury on the highest level. Everything was taken care of, all our wishes + desires where fulfilled in the same evening. The boat + rooms were really spacious, clean and sacred. I felt like I was in heaven, in the most sacredly created experience. Thank you, thank you, thank you Ahmed, Kawood and the whole team who made this possible, this was just the first of MANY trips that I'll take with Amazing Global Travel!

This was perhaps the best travel experience I have ever had. Our time on the Nile was magical. The boat was gorgeous, the crew was wonderful, the service was exemplary. Our guides were knowledgeable and so very helpful. I would recommend Amazing Global Travel to anyone looking for a peak experience.

Late June 2018 saw us with the opportunity to travel to the Middle East, a place of mystic and wonder for us. Both Egypt and Jordan were on our bucket list and as we were traveling to the area for a sporting event we thought we would take the opportunity to travel to these two places. We were not disappointed and we thank our guides from Amazing Global Travel for that. In Egypt we travelled with Ahmed Nagi whose friendliness, professional and casual approach, knowledge of all things Egyptian and more made our trip up the Nile magical. Ahmed allowed us appropriate relaxation time and knew the little extra places to show us that would be of interest to our small group of Aussie travelers. At all times we felt safe and appreciated his watchful eye as we negotiated prices with local store owners. Planned tours from the cruise saw us view pyramids, tombs, villages, the colors, sounds and tastes of Egypt. Ahmed has the ability to connect to each of us and made allowances and adjustments for those who may have required extra mobility assistance. Hotel booking and transfers were managed accordingly and the whole experience was delightful, made so by the staff from Amazing Global Travel. When we have the opportunity to travel to this part of the world again we will certainly be contacting Ahmed from AGT
