Sent a request on 15 December by email
Sent a request on 15 December by email, and almost a month later I have not received a response or acknowledgement. I suspect they are no longer in business.

Ram, we understand you are upset after not hearing from us. I could not find your email in our inbox -- even after getting your personal information from TrustPilot and searching for it. Often times, direct emails (not submitted through the inquiry form) are removed by the spam filter. That is why we have our numbers listed and a disclaimer on the contact page that asks you to call us if you do not hear from us within 24 hours. We are definitely still in business, and we aim to provide the best service possible.
