I ordered from this "Flowers by Nora" bc they said they were a "local company" and I like to support small business. The order was done on 12/29/24 for delivery on 12/30/24. No delivery was made, so I called on 12/31 to find out what happened. This woman said they were having "supply chain issues" and would not have any flowers until NEXT SUNDAY, for MONDAY DELIVERY. No one called, texted, or emailed me. These people are criminals and should be run out of business. I am going to send a complaint to the BBB, as well. Shame on them.

Do not order from this company! I did not receive what I ordered. I tried to contact company. They did not send a bill as they said they would and they wanted an order number from the bill to discuss the situation. I spent over $400 for flowers for a funeral that were not right and flowers I did get were wilted and petals were falling off.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. This company is terribly inconsiderate, unprofessional, unresponsive and unethical and not truthful. I ordered this floral plant arrangement on 12/22/24 for a funeral in 12/27/24 at 11a. The merchant was supposed to deliver before the funeral, but they reported they delivered at 6:53p on 12/27, which was after the funeral. It is still not been confirmed as delivered or received by the church/ funeral home or the person's family. I called the company and they were supposed to call me back and they did not. They are now also not responding. The company lied and said it was delivered Friday 12/27, come to find out the plant was not delivered to the funeral home/ church. The funeral was in Friday and the flowers were outside of the church this morning, 12/29/29. They had a service on Sat and there was nothing there, so they didn’t deliver on Sat either. It is also not what I ordered. It doesn’t even look like the picture. I paid extra for the Premium sympathy plant. They sent a flower vase. They left them outside of the church this morning and in the rain. It was so very inconsiderate and disrespectful. Stay away and DO NOT USE THEM.

Total rip off. Ordered a $60 plant and balloon $7, plus $20 delivey, then had to sub for a dish garden which was fine. My person received a 4" plant. I was livid. I finally got a hold of someone. After much complaining they credited $20. Never again!!!!

This is a scam they didn't even send the flowers.

I am deeply disappointed with this experience. I was supposed to receive flowers for my birthday and waited at home all day, only to be informed they had been delivered without any proof provided. This is unacceptable, and the lack of accountability from customer service is highly unprofessional. Save yourself some time and frusteration and use another company.

I ordered the Premium version of the: Christmas Country Celebration. My friend did not receive what was ordered. It looked like a $30 bouquet from the grocery store in a glass vase. It was missing key elements in the description and was supposed to be set in a charming red bushel pot cover container. I am very disappointed and there is no customer service.

Do not order from this company, it's a farce with many on their phones at home to give you the run around. Never completed my order. First email, we're sorry we couldn't complete same day delivery, would tomorrow be okay if so, please reply as soon as possible. So in the context of the second email, we need a different address as we're unable to deliver to hospital. I gave the room # several times in addition to the original order (others delivered just fine). I called to get clarification, party stated trying to reach delivery driver to confirm. Next call, came from customer service person, whom wanted to get a verbal yes over the phone or cancel my order?? I asked caller to give details as to what would occur if I would cancel (specifics) and I would answer. She would not respond to my question although once again, confirmed out for delivery, assured would be delivered today and will receive confirmation via email. Next and final email came with apologies as they were experiencing supply issues, unable to complete order. How was that possible when "out for delivery"? Still waiting to see monies land back on my card, highly doubt it. This place takes advantage of kindness. Scam likely or poor business practices to say the least.
