They were very attentive - I live out of state and sent flowers to a family member - I made a mistake and ordered twice - they were very gracious and took the extra order off plus told me there was mistake in the delivery charge and credited me the difference. Something I would have no way of knowing.

Flower Den was impeccable. I didn’t get to see the actual arrangement since it went to a funeral on the other side of the country. But Flower Den’s customer service was perfection. They reached out to me personally to let me know the arrangement would arrive on time and delivered it just 24 hours or so after I ordered it. They will have my business again without hesitation.
