I placed my order several days ago, but I still have not received the digital products I purchased. I have contacted customer support several times, but I have received no response or explanation. I still do not have access to my downloads, and my order has not been resolved. This is very disappointing, especially for digital products that should normally be available shortly after purchase.

I was in desperate need of presets for some of the pictures my friend asked me to do for her real estate. I work off my phone and iPad mostly and definitely not that professional of the photographer just yet. Mostly self taught. I could not figure out how to install the presets and what to do. Video instructions did not do me any justice at all and I have no desire on installing more apps than I already have and so used to work on. I gave up, deleted everything if my phone since my memory space is at risk to be completely full and bring in the afternoon wrote to the customer support to try and get a refund. Instead of actually understanding that I just don’t have time or desire to mess with it and I won’t simpler way and got an app that is much easier to use. Unfortunately, no understanding, they sent me more instructions (I said I don’t want to go hard ways, my life is hard enough already) and refused of services. Those presets might be awesome for photographers with knowledge and experience, it was no use for me. I know you guys will just write me your sorries and let it go, it’s really not that amazing to treat your customers like that. And even if I get to the point where I’m in need of such things and will know how to install them - I will never go through you and recommend to other people the same, if you know nothing about how to work with certain apps and not ready to download 100500 files - save yourself the money.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and that the presets didn’t work out the way you hoped. We completely understand how frustrating it can feel when you just want something quick and simple, and the installation process doesn’t fit your workflow. Our presets are designed to work directly in Lightroom, which is why the installation steps are needed. We try to make the process as straightforward as possible with both video and written guides, and our team is always ready to walk customers through step by step. We understand that wasn’t the solution you were looking for, and we regret that it left you feeling unsupported. We’ll take your feedback to heart as we continue improving instructions and making them clearer for customers who are new to Lightroom or working mainly on mobile devices.
Im very sad with received presets. None of them are useable. :( I ordered wild soul and white wedding presets. Im disappointed. :(

I’ve used many presets before purchased online, i wanted some new ones so decided to try Flourish Presets. Wow. Awful. Not one preset (out of the 6 packages i bought) is usable on multiple photos i’ve tried to use them with. Skin is either super pale or green, lips bright red or washed out. Tones are all off. Looking through their reviews I can see how “samey” and Ai written they are now. DO NOT PURCHASE.

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to share this. It’s definitely not the kind of result we want anyone to have with our presets. Presets can look very different depending on lighting, camera settings, and skin tones, which is why we include installation guides and recommend basic adjustments like white balance or exposure tweaks to get the best result. That said, if none of the packs worked for you, we completely understand your frustration. We’d love the chance to help or offer an alternative that better suits your style. Please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] so we can make this right for you. Thanks again for the honest feedback —The Flourish Team

I’ve been a photographer for 15 years. Once in a while i like to fiddle with LR presets and use them as a base for my own custom settings. I have to say these are some of the worst presets i’ve ever come across. They’re extremely poor quality, the preset names don’t reflect anything about the style and most of these “hundreds” of presets are incrementally different from each other. It’s as if a ten year old created these and just for the sake of having different presets. I don’t recommend these at all and advise people to stay away as it’s borderline scammy.

I'm so disappointed with their presets.. not worthy at all. I bought golden hour preset and then i was in shock when I saw everything but not golden hour... Literally just overexposed effect and nothing else. Also, they did not reply to my message. Very, very bad.
