This spot was the perfect location. 5 minute walk to the beach, coffee, food and drinks. Great location, the house was decorated so nice and it felt private even being on the corner. Very comfortable - home away from home vibe. Bill was an awesome host and made you feel like if you needed anything he was just a call/text away! Definitely want to come back and stay here!

It was great ! We loved our condo! The owner was so helpful and amazing!

The marinafront condo was beautiful and very clean with comfortable furniture that made us feel at home. The Harbour Village community is gorgeous and is walking distance to the beach. The owners are amazing, responsive, and very helpful. Cindy showed us the community and amenities on the first day which we really appreciated. Our stay was very enjoyable and we would definitely recommend it!

Great location. Very comfortable and quiet home. Gated community is a huge plus. Easy check in and out. Lou’s property will be one we will book again in the future

Great House with a fence in yard and enclosed pool. Kitchen was well stocked and great for family entertaining. Bedrooms were spacious and mattresses were very comfortable. Location was great to beach (4 miles) and downtown St Pete and Tropicana field (5 miles) . Elizabeth was great to work with and communication was excellent! Highly Recommend! Hope to return !

Beautiful home in a great location. Close to the Beaches, shopping, restaurants. We spent most of the time in the pool and on the patio and it was great. Plenty of seating and ceiling fans kept it nice.

From start to finish, this was our best experience ever renting a private home online. Additionally, we have stayed in Destiny by the Sea in other amazing homes, and this is definitely our favorite! Nick , who owns this home, was on top of everything and stayed in communication with us from the time we booked throughout our stay. He ensured that we had all the information we needed about the house and the area, and he was prompt to answer any questions. Check-in was fast and flawless. Let me interject here (because it’s important to us) that Nick immediately responded to any needs we had. (As the homeowner, his service was vastly different from a Mgmt. or Rental agency that would typically be in charge.). We needed a very minor repair, and Nick had someone at the house within a couple of hours to fix it. We don’t know Nick personally, yet we have an abundance of great things to say about him! Superb service! The house is amazing—even larger and more beautiful than the pics online reflect. The decor throughout has a beautiful and soothing vibe. We had 11 people representing 4 families, and we were never crowded or on top of each other. The gathering areas and balconies are spacious enough for everyone to sit around comfortably and chat. The bedrooms are large, casually elegant and beautiful, have comfortable mattresses, and are separated enough that you don’t feel like you’re sleeping next door to anyone. The bunk beds in multiple rooms are great for the kids! Each bedroom has its own deluxe bathroom and shower complete with rainfall and body sprays. No one gets cheated by having an inferior bedroom/bathroom in THIS house! The pool and boardwalk access are two more key assets! The kids stayed in the pool for hours each day, and we were able to watch them from the main floor balcony if none of the adults wanted to be in the pool, too. (Big bonus!) The short boardwalk is immediately across the street, so beach access is literally only steps away! The elevator was a lifesaver for my husband! He has knee issues, and he dreaded the thought of climbing two flights of stairs multiple times a day, but he didn’t have to! This was a very special feature for his comfort and ability to thoroughly enjoy our stay! I don’t ordinarily take the time to write reviews. However, this incredible home and the service the homeowner provided are so above and beyond what was expected that it definitely warrants a descriptive and glowing review! 5 Stars Plus!
