I will start by saying I am a father who has been dealing with my 1 year old daughter's mother being extremely difficult with the time sharing of our child. It was to the point of my daughter being kept away from me for extensive periods of time. I contacted The Florida Law Advisers and Mr. Matthew Podolski phoned me back within an hour or so setting up a consultation Meeting. It didn't stop there, Mr. Podolski took the time to also consult with me over the phone with lot of compassion and concern pertaining to me situation. He did this while knowing that he would possibly hear the same thing from me in person. The point is he cared "TRULY CARED". He wasn't about money at all, he was only concern about me and the unfortunate circumstance in which I was dealing with. Jan McCray - Where do I start? Fantastic, Courtesy, Gracious, Loving and a relentless attorney who as long as you're being honest with her and following the instructions she gives you, she'll GUIDE to a SUCCESSFUL outcome. Let me warn everyone - She's as nice and QUALIFIED as they come and in very high demand in the law field; however, she's no nonsense - she does not play that! So I suggest if you require the absolute best and someone that will fight for you the right way - The buck stops here! Talk about communication "she's the best" she leaves no stone unturned. The wonderful thing that both Ms. McCray and Mr. Podolski both did for me is worked out a payment plan after I made the initial down-payment requirement. I know they didn't have to do this, but it is who they are - They are attorneys who TRULY CARES about their clients and their cases. I am the true definition of the courtesy they extend, but that courtesy has to be earned - They too having a living to make just like the rest of us. I recently filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy and Jordan handled my case. From day one I felt confident that he had my best interests in mind.
