Matthew was the first to call after my initial online inquiry. No email, he picked up the phone and called. He listened, told me how he could help and delivered every step of the way. Even though my short sale occurred in the summer of 2016, I didnt realize the courts had not closed on simultaneous action for a foreclosure. He just informed yesterday. If you need a professional who treats you like family, call on Matthew.

A finance company came after me 8 years after my foreclosure to pay a deficiency of 40,000 dollars. They were going to garnish my wages, spoke we several attorneys prior. It didn't feel comfortable, like all they wanted was my money. Jordan made me feel comfortable, he explained everything in terms I could understand. He was able to get me into a chapter 7 and give me a fresh start. Jordan turned a very stressful situation into a positive one. He totally saved me and my family, I highly recommend him, he goes way beyond to take care of you.

Having Matthew Podolsky, Our attorney, who took over our foreclosure case, was so emotionally intelligent (which is rare), that his education was so outstanding for an open-minded individual to be able to have brought us such a wonderful, sensible outcome to the situation.
