The hair bow i purchased is darling and I love it but as I wrote to customer service at Florence Eiseman, charging $10.00 to ship a single hair bow is outrageous. Really turned me off and will make me reconsider ordering again.

The dress was gorgeous; the quality and details are stunning. Customer service was amazing. I called to check on the delivery dates for my dress to ensure I’d receive it in time and they made sure I would get the dress in time. So appreciated! Thank you! Melissa (NYC)
