Good service, bouquets are fresh and beautiful.

We ordered flowers from Floral expert Madrid we paid €60 euros on a debit card. No flowers were delivered they do not answer the phone or chat line. We are reporting this to our Bank. We are unsure if this is a bona fide business or not?

SCAM. DO NOT USE. Took our money and didn’t deliver any flowers. Didn’t answer the phone or reply to emails.

Life lesson - Read the reviews first!! Total scam, order was not delivered. Tried calling the number and spoke to a female but was then theft on hold with no further response. Further Telephone calls were not answered. Webchat doesn’t respond and no reply to emails. DO NOT USE

Thank you very much for sending the bouquet of flowers to my Uncle that I love so much! I was honestly scared because they didn't send me any type of response or confirmation. I think they should consider sending confirmation by email at the time of purchase. Beautiful and very fresh flowers. Thank you!!!
